This Cough Syrup/Decongestant has been hugely popular this spring so I thought I'd share it for anyone after a quick and natural remedy.
I find this recipe to be at least as effective as store bought cough syrups, without of course the synthetic colours, flavours and other nasties, not too mention drugs such as Pseudoephedrine, Phenylephrine Hydrochloride and Dextromethorphan, just to name a few.

Cough Syrup
Ingredients:
2 tbsp Water
1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tbsp Honey* (preferably raw)
¼ tsp Cinnamon
¼ tsp Ginger
Combine ingredients in a jar or sealed container and shake well.
Take 1-2 teaspoons as required. Shake before use
*Please note that it is not recommended to give honey to children under 12 months due to the risk of Botulism.
